We firmly believe that strength, power and fitness are best achieved by utilizing CrossFit methods and the 4 Horsemen of Lifts: Squats, Presses, Deadlifts and O-lifts.

Get Up!

I've set alot of goals for myself for 2009, one being a 55 inch box jump. Tonight I made a bit of progress by hitting a 53.5 inch jump. If we could have found anything to make it higher I would have attempted more.

haha that was sweet...very suspenseful with the techno music. I was so pissed when you beat me back in Sept at CFL. I think I did 51 or 50.5 and you got 52. You definitely got me beat still.
